Cardio Kickboxing

Cardio Kickboxing is a fun but intense workout filled with punches, kicks, jumps and high energy! All fitness levels are welcome.  If you are a beginner you can tone it down and if you are advanced you can crank it up! It is guaranteed to be a great workout for all. The pricing is $100 for 10 weeks (2 classes a week), or $50 for 1 class a week or $10 drop in.

 

Open Gym/ Board Workout

Open gym is a great choice if you cannot make a class.  We will always have a great workout on the board for you to do or you can do your own workout. Tuesdays and Thursdays 4-6pm and Saturdays from 8-930am. It’s only $5 per visit.

 

Pure Strength

Pure strength training focuses on increasing muscular strength. We use strength cycles that focus on getting you stronger but the programming also allows you to perform other workouts throughout the week.

Kids Speed/Agility

Kids speed & agility is designed to improve a child’s overall athleticism via strength, speed and coordination activities and exercises. (ages 6-12)

Sports Performance

Sports performance classes push athletes to reach their full potential through a variety of exercises and strength movements. Athletes will improve in speed, strength, explosiveness, agility, endurance, confidence and flexibility. Contact Travis Norton at 850-459-4967.

 

 

Personal Training
